pointer Enforcement of the Massachusetts Building Codes, including review of plans and issuance of permits for construction, repair, and alteration of buildings and all applicable inspections. This division is also responsible for the issuance of occupancy certifications under the Massachusetts Building Code and response to violations of this code.
